About Me
I am a painter and sensory-motor movement educator drawn to the intelligence of process.
Painting was my first language, teaching me to trust perception, presence, and the unfolding nature of creation. Movement deepened that understanding, revealing the body as another living canvas shaped through awareness and sensation.
This perspective influences everything I create. My work, both in art and movement, is rooted in the belief that attention guides transformation.
